Three Stages Of The Plan

There are 3 stages to the current Fit Dad Plan that I have. These 3 stages should allow me to get fit and keep fit.


Stage 1 of my fitness plan is to manage the diet. We need to put enough fuel in to run the body up to the amount of exercise and calorie burning we do for the day.


Stage 2 is all about the exercise. Understand what exercises we can start doing around the house, until our body is ready to move the next level of exercise without cause of injury.


Stage 3 is to up the fitness level. Once the correct diet is being consumed and we are able to do enough exercise daily safely; its time to really start to push the fitness level to the next stage.
